ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1 (one) day to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

LunaXLus is pleased to offer free shipping on all Continental US Orders.

For all orders placed before 2pm PST on regular business day (Monday-Friday) and before 12pm PST on Saturdays, your package will ship same day. Orders placed outside this time frame (after 2 PST Mon-Fri and after 12 PST on Sat) will be shipped the following business day. 

Orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail service with tracking number and estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days (delivery time depends on your location).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not ship outside United States. If you live outside USA and would love to place an order, please reach out at hello@lunaxlus.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lunaxlus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
